Blog-o-Luxe™ 5000

Shame on us! The Blog-o-luxe™ 5000 has been unplugged this Summer, but DBD has been busy! We've been creating user-interface designs for new client, Twitalyzer, managing design, advertising and marketing for Lapchi Carpets, creating label designs for Eastside Distilling, building a website for PACCAR Parts, and a doing a whole lot more for our entire roster of clients. Rest assured, the Blog-o-luxe is humming to life again and should soon be churning out more posts for your perusal. In the meantime, you can also get updates via our Facebook page and Twitter. Not coincidentally, we’re also working on their new website that we hope to share with you soon....

We’ve been passing out Smells Like Pop buttons all this week at MusicFest NW. And, guess what? We just learned that the “musical toot” logo we designed for SLP is going to be featured in the next Logo Lounge anthology of logos! This is one of the primo hardcover collections of branding designs. Woot! Toot!...

More ideas from the Less-is-More files: A series of four mini billboards for Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning quickly communicate the competitive advantages of the company with one-word headlines. The panels are big and bright so they can be easily read from cars on the street. Whether you read the secondary copy or not, the big idea is already intertwined with the company name and logo, and hopefully stuck in your head. Click the image for a larger view. ...
